✅ Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

Health supplements or Ayurvedic drops returned without valid reasons (as per health & hygiene safety norms).

Customized or discounted items marked as non-refundable.

After approval, we will initiate a pickup or ask for courier return.

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
💳 Refund Modes

Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Bank).

Cash on Delivery: Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
