Refund policy

At Vanveda Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Health supplements or Ayurvedic drops returned without valid reasons (as per health & hygiene safety norms).

  • Customized or discounted items marked as non-refundable.

🔄 Return & Refund Process

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for refund

    • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

  3. After approval, we will initiate a pickup or ask for courier return.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

💳 Refund Modes

  • Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Bank).

  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.

🛑 Note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Products purchased through third-party platforms must follow their refund policies.
